10 Fascinating Beaches that Will Make You Regret Visiting

#2 – Cape Tribulation, Queensland, Australia

GoTravelaz

Compared to the majority of Australian areas, there are almost no crocodiles in Cape Tribulation, Queensland. Yet, there are large numbers of other dangerous animals.

Actually, this calm and beautiful beach is loaded with stinging jellyfish, venomous snakes, spiders, aggressive cassowaries, and even stinging trees. It is worth noting that the largest population of the jellyfish shows up during the rainy season, from October to June.

If you just can’t resist the urge to swim, especially during this time of the year, you need to wear a stinger suit. You should also avoid swimming near the rivers’ mouths and at least ask locals where it’s safe to swim. In case you meet a cassowary, be most respectful, back away slowly, and be quick to find a tree you can hide behind.
